Genuine Health Group partners with independent primary care practices as a single point of contact for both their Traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage patients to provide quality improvement resources to help meet quality standards set by CMS.
We work closely with our participating physicians so they can deliver robust health services that prevent unnecessary hospitalizations and emergency room visits, as well as minimize readmissions. Our doctors have access to our advanced analytics tools to create individualized care plans, including post-appointment follow-up, to ensure patients adhere to their care plans.
From appointment reminders to medication adherence, Genuine Health Group offers our providers extra bandwidth to engage patients in their healthcare.
Value-Based Care For Medicare Advantage Patients
Primary care providers and their patients enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans can benefit from participation in value-based care models. However, it can be challenging for independent physicians or even larger provider groups to navigate the reimbursement environment of value-based care on their own.
Genuine Health Group can help. We contract with specific Medicare Advantage plans, and for the physicians affiliated with our MSO, we take on coding, compliance, data analytics, claims, and utilization management.
For specific health plans – in certain regions – Genuine Health offers global risk arrangements with our payor partners to eligible practices, where we take on the financial risk for providing the entirety of care required by patients enrolled in our partner Medicare Advantage plans.

A Management Services Organization, or MSO, provides non-clinical support services and administrative assistance to medical practices or healthcare providers, so they can focus on patient care.

MSSP Primary Care Flex Model ACO
Our Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) Primary Care Flex Model ACO leverages participating providers’ care improvement efforts to achieve lower healthcare costs and better health outcomes for patients with original fee-for-service Medicare.
Genuine Health Group is one of only 24 organizations nationwide approved by the CMS Innovation Center to participate in this new model, which is designed to strengthen primary care within the MSSP.
​ACO Realizing Equity, Access, And Community Health (REACH) Model
Until recently, flexibility on enhancements to fee-for-service payments for Medicare beneficiaries was only available to doctors for their patients enrolled in managed care plans. But now, with our ACO REACH model, you can receive advanced payments every month for your patients with traditional Medicare.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to share in the total dollar savings we achieve based on Medicare benchmarks. And since its inception, Genuine Health Group’s ACOs have achieved over $50 million of shared savings since inception.
When you participate in ACO REACH, we will also give you practical resources to improve your patients’ health outcomes, expand care options, and reduce their total healthcare costs.
This model of care is a pilot program introduced in 2021.
