Privacy Policy for Genuine Insights
Effective Date: May 13, 2025.
Genuine Health Group, LLC, ("GHG") is the owner of the Genuine Insights App. GHG respects the privacy of the Users of the App and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
Genuine Insights is an App designed for the sole purpose of transmitting patient health care information to selected clinicians who have a contractual relationship with GHG and its subsidiaries. GHG will only collect and store information that shows when User has acknowledged a notification and has opened the App to review the transmitted patient health care information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes; All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. GHG will not access User's mobile device and will not collect information about User's mobile device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information and the device's telephone number.
Genuine Health Group may send SMS messages such as authentication or security verification codes to users who interact with our services. These messages will be sent from 786-966-5758.

Patient health care information is only transmitted to clinicians who are treating the patient whose health care information is being transmitted.
User sign-up and log-in features are used solely to confirm that User is a clinician authorized to receive patient information.
GHG is a business associate for the purpose of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA"12:18 PM 5/13/2025). Accordingly, GHG will enter into a Business Associate Agreement with each covered entity for the protection of all communications containing personal health information (PHI) as that term is defined under HIPAA and will enter into a Business Associate Agreement with any subcontractors of the GHG that have access to PHI including, but not limited to, cloud storage service providers.
This App is only available for individuals aged 18 years or older.
GHG may update our privacy policy from time to time. If GHG makes material changes to how it treats Users' personal information, GHG will post the new privacy policy on this page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. User is responsible for ensuring GHG has an up-to-date active and deliverable e-mail address for User and for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.
The safety and security of User and patient information also depends on User. Where GHG has given User (or where User has chosen) a password for access to the App, User is responsible for keeping this password confidential. GHG requests that User not to share User password with anyone.
As required by various state and federal laws, GHG may send User notice of security breaches or suspected security breaches that impact User's personal information and patient PHI. GHG will send User security breach notices to the email address contained in your account information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All OPT-IN requests include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
Text Messaging (SMS) Communications
GHG may use text messaging (SMS) to communicate with patients regarding healthcare-related information, including but not limited to appointment reminders, care coordination, follow-up instructions, and important service notifications.
Patients will receive an initial message containing instructions to confirm participation through an OPT-IN process. By opting-in patients consent to receive SMS messages from Genuine Health Group, LLC, and its subsidiaries.
Patients may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Patients may opt back in by replying START. For additional assistance, patients may reply HELP or contact GHG directly at compliance@genuinehealthgroup.com
Message and data rates may apply depending on the patient’s mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency may vary based on patient interaction and care needs.
GHG does not use SMS communications for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Patients should be aware that text messaging may not be a fully secure method of communication. Patients are encouraged not to send sensitive personal health information (PHI) through SMS unless specifically directed through a secure platform.
