SMS Terms & Conditions (Text Messaging Program)
Effective Date: May 13, 2025.
These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text message communications from Genuine Health Group, LLC (“GHG”) and its subsidiaries. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to the terms below.
1. Program Purpose
GHG may use SMS text messaging to communicate with patients regarding healthcare-related information, including but not limited to appointment reminders, care coordination messages, follow-up instructions, and important service notifications.
GHG does not use SMS messaging for marketing or promotional purposes without explicit consent.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
You may receive an initial message asking you to confirm participation through an OPT-IN process before enrollment is complete.
Additionally, if a code is requested from the application or website, you automatically consent to receiving a message from Genuine Insights.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving medical care or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your care needs, appointment schedule, and level of interaction with GHG services.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll.
5. Opt-In Back In
If you previously opted out, you may opt back in at any time by replying START.

7. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan. GHG is not responsible for any charges incurred.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy and Data Use
GHG respects patient privacy and does not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Security Disclaimer
Patients should be aware that SMS text messaging is not always a fully secure method of communication. You are encouraged not to send sensitive personal health information (PHI) through SMS unless specifically instructed to do so through an approved secure platform.
10. Eligibility
This SMS program is intended only for individuals aged 18 years or older.
11. Service Availability
GHG is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier outages, network disruptions, device limitations, or other technical issues beyond GHG’s control.
12. Changes to These Terms
GHG may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any material changes will be posted in an updated version of the Privacy Policy or Terms documentation
