Our Story

As Vice President of Human Resources, Ana Ishii concentrates on talent management, employee relations, compensation and total rewards programs, workforce planning, and management.

 

Previously, Ms. Ishii served as Vice President, Director of Human Resources at Grove Bank & Trust, where she worked for 17 years. She managed all aspects of HR functions for the boutique bank, including performance management, benefits, payroll, and compliance for more than 100 employees.

 

Ms. Ishii is well-versed in human resource policy and procedures, Affirmative Action Plan, retirement plan administration, and payroll practices.

 

Ms. Ishii earned a master’s degree in management from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida International University.
