Our Story

As Vice President of Data Analytics, Franz Victoria identifies new opportunities to continue Genuine Health Group’s growth. Using his unique experience developing financial models and analytical tools, he works towards improving processes and supporting objectives and projects.

 

Previously, Mr. Victoria was part of the UnitedHealth Group and oversaw the organization’s financial performance. While at UnitedHealthcare, Mr. Victoria oversaw more than 500,000 Medicare patients in Florida. He saved the company over $65 million through innovative uses of data analytics, which helped him identify medical cost savings opportunities.

 

In addition, Mr. Victoria developed, implemented, and supported the new data warehouse solution for Medicare in 2011 and directed data integration between Preferred Care Partners and Medica Health Plan in 2013. 

 

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from ICESI University. ​
