Grace Herrera, RN, BSN, MBA
Senior Director, Clinical Operations
​As Vice President of Clinical Operations at Genuine Health Group, Grace Herrera oversees the company’s clinical programs with a focus on improving patient care, particularly for chronically ill individuals. Since joining the organization in 2018, Ms. Herrera has played a pivotal role in scaling clinical initiatives and advancing value-based care.
​Prior to stepping into her current role, Ms. Herrera served as Senior Director of Clinical Operations, where she led the development of Genuine Health Group’s Health Equity and Social Worker programs. With these two key initiatives, Ms. Herrera spearheaded efforts to reduce health disparities and improve access to essential resources.
​Through her leadership in chronic care management and transition care management, Ms. Herrera has significantly enhanced patient outcomes and continuity of care.
​Ms. Herrera holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University. With more than a decade of experience in clinical operations and healthcare management, she continues to drive innovation and elevate care standards across new and existing markets, including Texas and South Carolina.
