When Dr. Orlando Lopez-Fernandez, Jr., and I founded Genuine Health Group a decade ago, we had one clear mission in mind: to optimize the value-based care experience by delivering strong support for physicians and enhancing care for patients. During the past 10 years, what began as a shared vision has grown into a thriving organization, fueled by the dedication, talent, and synergy of our entire team.

Together, we have embraced new care models, strengthened our capabilities, and consistently delivered strong quality outcomes and shared savings for our partners, achievements made possible by your thoughtful, collaborative work. Thanks to your ongoing dedication, we remain agile, focused, and aligned with our mission, no matter how the industry changes.

Our continued momentum has not gone unnoticed, and our progress has been supported by strategic investments to further fuel our growth and innovation. Most notably, a $160 million investment from Crestline Investors helped accelerate our expansion, strengthen our capabilities, and enable us to support more physicians across the country.

That evolution has also ushered in a new chapter for Genuine Health. In 2024, Roger Rodriguez stepped into the role of CEO, bringing a wealth of experience and a shared commitment to our mission. Over the past two years, his leadership has helped establish our presence in key regions throughout Florida, as well as in Texas, South Carolina, and Georgia.
