Top Golf Team Building – A Swinging Success
Last year’s leadership events were a true success, and we would be remiss if we did not mention them – like our Topgolf Doral meetup last fall for an afternoon of fellowship, fun, and friendly competition.
The event provided a wonderful opportunity to step away from the office, relax, and connect while enjoying food, drinks, and great company. Whether they were competing on the green or cheering from the sidelines, everyone enjoyed this casual time with one another. We look forward to many more events this year.
Toasting Together!
Continuing last year’s recap, our team gathered to celebrate the season with a festive 2025 Holiday Lunch at Mr. C in Coconut Grove. Many of our remote employees flew in for the occasion, bringing even more fun and energy to the afternoon.
We loved this time to enjoy a delicious meal, terrific conversation, and lots of laughter. It was also the perfect chance to welcome several new Growth team members. A big thank you to everyone who came to the joyful fete!
Work, Play, And Problem-Solving
On February 3 and 4, our Data team came together for a two-day event filled with learning and collaboration. The first day included an overview of the team’s performance and discussions about upcoming projects, followed by a Florida International University-led workshop focused on communicating as a leader. The day wrapped up courtside, as the group cheered on our own Miami Heat.
On the second day, the team put their problem-solving skills to the test at The Escape Game Miami and recharged with lunch at Brickell City Center. At Genuine Health Group, we are 100% committed to continuous improvement to better serve our clients, and events like this make all the difference. Thank you to everyone!
