A Note From Roger Rodriguez

When I stepped into the role of CEO of Genuine Health Group, I was inspired by the strong foundation built by Joe Caruncho, Dr. Orlando Lopez-Fernandez, Jr., and our entire team. Their vision for advancing value-based care by supporting physicians, improving outcomes, and delivering sustainable results continues to guide everything we do.

Over the past two years, we have built on that foundation with meaningful growth and momentum. While there have been challenges during this time, both within our organization and across the healthcare industry as a whole, we have remained focused on our mission and continued moving forward together. We've expanded our network of affiliated providers and strengthened our presence in new markets beyond Florida, including Texas and Georgia, while laying the groundwork for continued growth in New York and South Carolina. This progress reflects the trust our physician partners place in our model and the dedication of the team supporting them.

As value-based care continues to evolve, the national conversation is shifting. Industry leaders are evaluating its impact and exploring new ways to improve outcomes, particularly for patients with complex needs. From where I sit, the impact of our work is clear, and it's happening every day.

I’m especially encouraged by the consistency of our results. A standout example is our Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) ACO, where we have achieved shared savings for the seventh consecutive year. This milestone reflects the commitment of our providers and the strength of the guidance, support, and data-driven insights we deliver.

As Genuine Health Group looks ahead, I’m excited about what we will continue to accomplish together. Every contribution across our organization plays a role in advancing our mission, and I’m grateful for the focus, commitment, and passion each of you brings to this work every day.
