After entering the “Best Places to Work” competition, all eligible employees are directed to a comprehensive survey that gathers independent data on their opinions and experiences on the job. After data-gathering concludes, an outside panel of Human Resource professionals compiled and reviewed the information gathered from these surveys. Genuine Health Group had 95 percent of its staff participate in the survey process. In addition to demonstrating stellar employee engagement throughout 2021, Genuine Health Group can use this feedback to identify and improve key areas of potential improvement.

Winners of the South Florida Business Journal’s competition are divided into “Small,” “Medium,” and “Large” company categories. Genuine Health Group was one of only 15 “Medium” companies to receive the award and placed ninth in the overall competition.
