Genuine Health Group Makes Executive Appointments And Names High-Performing Employees To New Roles
MIAMI, FL – September 17, 2020 – Genuine Health Group, a Miami-based healthcare company that helps doctors navigate the industry’s transition to value-based care, announced a number of additions to its leadership team to accommodate a growing physician network and new contracts with managed care companies. Even in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, Genuine Health continues to grow as the healthcare industry marches toward performance-driven models and away from the outdated, fee-for-service system.
Ingrid Enamorado Named Director Of Risk Adjustment & Quality
Ms. Enamorado will monitor all programs related to revenue cycle and will assist in efforts to improve reimbursement accuracy. She previously served as a healthcare data analyst at one of the nation’s largest accountable care organizations. She holds a degree in healthcare administration and management.
Bruno Suarez Named Director Of Physician Engagement
Mr. Suarez has been part of the company’s executive leadership team since 2018 following Genuine Health’s acquisition of Health Care Advisor Services (HCAS), a management service organization. Mr. Suarez co-founded HCAS and played a significant role in HCAS’ successful physician recruitment program. Now, the company will leverage his affinity-building rapport with Genuine Health’s physician network by expanding his role to include a wide scope of engagement initiatives.
Stephany Nino Named Director Of Government & Payer Relations
Ms. Nino is one of Genuine Health’s original employees and has served in a number of roles since its inception in 2016, including director of operations. In her new role, she will manage the company’s contractual relationships with Medicare, health plans, and providers.

In addition to the appointments mentioned above, the company recently announced Jenifer Montesino was named chief operating officer and will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including revenue cycle, quality, and physician engagement, as well as Genuine Health At Home, the company’s home-based clinical program. She previously served as vice president of growth and quality.
