Sean Leimbach Hired As Director Of Strategy At Miami-Based Healthcare Enterprise
Genuine Health Group, a Miami-based, technology-focused healthcare company focused on assisting providers to successfully transition to value-based care, announced today the appointment of Sean Leimbach as director of strategy. The newly-created position demonstrates how the company is meeting its rapid growth by building a sophisticated leadership team with a broad base of expertise.
In his role as director of strategy, Mr. Leimbach will be responsible for developing and implementing the Miami Accountable Care Organization's key strategic initiatives aimed at improving care quality and health outcomes, reducing costs, and improving patient satisfaction – crucial goals for Genuine Health to advance its industry-changing drive toward value-based care. Mr. Leimbach will apply his extensive background in technology integration and data analysis to the company’s state-of-the-art proprietary technology platform for its physician ACO.

Before working with Genuine Health Group, Sean was an analyst at a multi-billion-dollar technology-focused investment fund, where he specialized in data analytics and fundamental research. In addition to his development work, he coordinated support teams, optimized strategic initiatives, and summarized research and performance.

Mr. Leimbach earned his B.A. in economics from Princeton University. He also holds a professional certificate in computer programming from New York University.
